My name is Rebecca Hobbs and I’m an extremely organised, focussed, professional Virtual Personal Assistant who provides support to people who need exactly that – help as and when they need it.

With services that include:

  • Creating, proof reading and editing documents

  • Writing, editing, formatting reports and presentations

  • Desktop publishing – g. booklets, fliers, power-point, leaflets

  • Teacher tasks – e.g. planning, resource making, display planning, policy writing, general admin duties that may help end that horrible Sunday feeling.

  • Transcribing – notes, memos, voice notes and videos

  • Lifestyle management personal duties, that include buying gifts, dry cleaning, booking restaurants and events, venue finding

How I like to charge


By the hour – I charge an hourly rate of £15 (minimum of 1 hour), track my time, round up or down to the nearest 15 minutes and send you a time report with your invoice so you can see a full breakdown of the task.


By the project – Sometime it’s easier to set a fixed price for a particular task or project and whether we go with an hourly rate or set price is something we agree upon after discussing the scope of the work.


Retainer – depending on the task, it can often be simpler to just pay me a set amount of hours a month. I keep track of my time, let you know if you’ve gone over your budget and you don’t have to worry about spiralling costs. It’s up to you to allocate the tasks you need doing over the month. *OFFER*
